We talked about the difference between handsoap and hair gel and styled his hair after ;)

Okay, sooooo when you have some crazy, muscle man doing tricks on the playground with his shirt off (my kid's dad, Jake), the little boys decided they wanted to do tricks and show off their muscles as well. Usually I keep them clothed, but figured "what the heck?!" for today while they exercised...they sure had fun trying to do tricks and handstands....
This little guy was trying to imitate Jake who was practicing "the flag" in this same spot
Something helpful when learning to do handstands is to push your legs against someone's hand and it helps you learn to balance. This little guy rocked it!

This started out as a bunny ears Easter craft, but the older kids decided to make their own creations instead! Their ideas were probably more creative and better than mine ;)

Continuing with our farm theme, we read "Marvin Gets Mad" and made these cool sheep
"Sleeping bunnies" song, A FAAAAAAAAAVORITE!!!
Throughout the song they need to "go back to sleep" and then they "wake up" and hop around!
Don't let them fool you, they have A LOT of energy and can do this song AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!

We talked about birds, so the "5 little ducks" came out again...
These birds are so cool, when you squeeze them you can hear the individual, unique song of each bird!
A fun science activity was making these ice sculptures...they would make them stick/melt with water and salt...
